Privacy responsibility and contact
This policy describes how the website and product at azconsult-bg.com use personal data to provide the service. Questions, privacy requests and account-deletion requests can be sent to support@azconsult-bg.com.
What we collect
Display name, timestamped Canada 19+ eligibility and Terms confirmations, and any identifying details you voluntarily include in a support request. If you choose Google sign-in, we also receive your Google account identifier, email address, name and available profile image.
Email address and messages sent to Player Care.
Password hash, authentication state, security events, self-exclusion status and account settings. We do not store your plain-text password.
Virtual-chip balance, rewards, game visits, spins, results and Unwritten Beast progress tied to your profile.
Browser, device, network and request information needed for delivery, diagnostics, fraud prevention and security logs.
Cookie consent, sound, motion and display choices stored in your browser and, where necessary, evidence of your consent choice.
We do not ask for payment-card or banking details because AZCONSULT has no purchases, deposits or withdrawals.

Use experience memory or analytics only when you switch on the relevant Privacy Cartridge key.
- Meet legal obligations.
Respond to valid legal requests and preserve records where retention is required.
Depending on the law that applies, these uses rely on performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating a safe service, your consent, or a legal obligation.
How long we keep it
Account, eligibility, self-exclusion and play records are kept while your account is active and afterwards only for as long as reasonably needed for safety, security, dispute handling, backups and legal obligations. Support records are kept long enough to resolve the request and maintain an appropriate audit trail.
Cookie choices remain until they expire, are replaced by a new choice or are removed from your browser. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, unless law requires longer retention.

No internet service can promise absolute security, but we review protections and limit access to people and providers that need it.
If a personal-data incident creates a legally reportable risk, we will notify affected people and the relevant authority as required by applicable law.
