About this product
These terms apply to the free-to-play social casino available at azconsult-bg.com. In these terms, “AZCONSULT”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this website and product, and “you” means the person using or holding an account on it.
AZCONSULT does not offer or promote real-money gambling. We do not accept deposits or real-money wagers, sell virtual chips, or offer cash prizes, goods or any prize of real-world value based on game outcomes. No purchases are available. Eligibility
The product is limited to Canada. You must be at least 19 years old, have reached the legal gambling age in your Canadian province or territory and be legally able to accept these terms. The product is not directed at minors.
You may not use the service outside Canada, where social gaming is prohibited, during an active AZCONSULT self-exclusion or in a way that conflicts with a restriction that applies to you. By creating or confirming an account, you confirm these requirements.
Your account
Use one personal account and provide accurate, current information. Do not share, sell or transfer access. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account.
Tell us promptly at support@azconsult-bg.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may request reasonable information to confirm account ownership or eligibility.
Virtual chips
AZCONSULT chips are a limited, revocable licence to use an entertainment feature inside the service. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be purchased, sold, gifted, transferred or exchanged for cash, goods, services or prizes.
The same profile balance is used across all AZCONSULT games. We may correct a balance affected by a technical error, duplicated reward, unauthorised manipulation or breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain a material correction.
Playing
Game results are resolved by the AZCONSULT game service. Reel movement, sounds, line traces and visual effects present the resolved result; they do not change it. Individual results are random and past play does not predict future outcomes.
If a round is interrupted, the server record and wallet ledger control. Contact support if a completed round appears inconsistent so we can review the available technical record.
Fair use
You must not use bots, scripts or automation; exploit or conceal a defect; create duplicate accounts to collect rewards; interfere with the wallet or game service; scrape protected content; impersonate another person; or attempt to access another account or restricted system.
AZCONSULT names, artwork, interfaces, games and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, non-commercial use of the service does not transfer ownership of that material to you.
Suspension and closure
We may restrict, suspend or close an account to protect the service, investigate abuse, enforce these terms or comply with law. We will provide a reason where reasonably possible and legally permitted. You may ask us to review a decision by email.
You may activate immediate self-exclusion for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or permanently through Responsible Play. A selected exclusion cannot be reversed before it expires. Permanent closure may remove your virtual-chip balance, creature record, progress and access, subject to information we must retain for security or legal reasons.
Availability and liability
The service is provided for free personal entertainment and may occasionally be unavailable, changed or interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or preservation of purely virtual progress.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, AZCONSULT is responsible only for direct and reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach, not indirect loss, lost opportunities or loss caused by your device, connection or misuse.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, law or security requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain on this page. If a change materially affects account-holder rights, we will give reasonable advance notice through the service or the email associated with the account where practicable.
Law and disputes
Applicable Canadian law and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. Before starting formal proceedings, please email support@azconsult-bg.com so the concern can be reviewed directly.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of it.
